The Workshop was attended by representatives of clubs from within the three Organisations.
Unfortunately the attendance was rather poor which was a great pity as the day was very interesting and well-presented and, dare I say for such a dull-sounding subject, FUN!
Sessions on clubs obtaining charity status, finding sponsorship, help with making applications to fund-raising bodies were covered by Delyth Knight (LABBS), Jeanette Yuile (Sweet Adelines Region 3l) and Micaela Schmit (Making Music) respectively and there was a general discussion on other ways of funding your club, including making a CD.
